Straight to the maker

No agencies, no account managers, no runaround.

Fast on every device

Built to load quickly and look sharp on any screen.

You own everything

Your domain, your code, your content. No lock-in.

01 Selected work

A few things I've built.

This is a deliberately small, honest set — I'd rather show a handful of things I'm genuinely proud of than pad the page. First, a couple of concept builds — the kind of site I'd make for a business like yours — then live, shipped products I designed and built myself. Click through and judge them for yourself.

02 What I do

Everything a small business
needs to be found online.

Whether you're starting from nothing or fixing a site that isn't pulling its weight — here's how I can help.

01

Website design & build

A brand-new site built from scratch around your business, your customers and what you actually want people to do when they land on it.

02

Redesigns & speed fixes

Got a site that looks dated or loads slowly? I'll redesign and rebuild it into something fast, modern and easy to use on any device.

03

Online shops & e-commerce

Sell products or take payments online with a clean storefront, secure checkout and a setup that's simple for you to manage.

04

Booking & enquiry systems

Let customers book appointments or send enquiries 24/7, with forms and calendars that drop straight into your inbox.

05

Getting found on Google

When people nearby search for what you offer, you want to be the one they find. I set your pages up properly and tidy your Google Business Profile — what the industry calls local SEO.

06

Care & support plans

Optional ongoing help with updates, backups, security and small changes, so your site stays healthy after launch.

03 Pricing

Honest, up-front pricing.

No hidden prices or "contact us to find out" games. Here's roughly where projects start — your final price depends on size and features, and I'll always give you a fixed figure before any work begins.

After launch

Own it outright — or let me look after it.

Every site I build is yours to keep — the design, the pages, the files, no lock-in. But a website has to live somewhere, and the things that make it work — hosting, contact forms, email — need a server behind them. So once it's built, there are two ways to run it:

You run it

I hand over the finished site and you take it from there.

£0/mo
Yours outright — no ongoing fees
  • Full handover — every file is yours
  • You arrange hosting, domain & email
  • You set the contact forms up on your server
  • Come back for changes anytime — quoted per job

★ Hands-off

I host & look after it

Don't fancy any of the technical side? I host it and run the lot — you never lift a finger.

£20/mo +
Hosting & care — cancel any time
  • Fast, secure hosting + SSL certificate
  • Contact forms & booking kept running
  • Backups, updates & security handled
  • Small changes & tweaks included
  • Still yours — leave any time, take it with you

Need email too? Professional inboxes — you@yourbusiness.co.uk
from £5/mo each, added to any care plan.

+ Add-on

Never miss an enquiry, even after hours.

Add Lyla — my own AI front-desk assistant — to your website. She greets visitors, answers their questions and captures enquiries around the clock — and now she answers your phone too. So a customer who calls or visits at 11pm still gets an answer, and still reaches you.

Lyla. AI front desk

Your AI receptionist, available 24/7.

Lyla is my own product — an AI receptionist that answers questions, captures enquiries and helps turn website visitors into customers, even when you're busy or closed.

  • Answers visitor questions instantly, 24/7
  • Answers your phone too — her own number, every caller captured as a lead
  • Captures enquiries and emails them straight to you
  • Tuned to your business, in your tone
  • Ready to go in minutes
  • Fully managed — updates and maintenance included
  • Openly AI — never pretends to be a person
  • Flags anything it can't answer, so nothing slips through
  • Monthly summary email so you can see what Lyla's handled
£99 setup
then from £25/month
£49 with a new website

Building a new website with me? Use code LYLA50 for 50% off setup — that's just £49 (was £99) — and she'll be live on your new site from day one.

Want to see Lyla in action? Tap the contact button in the corner of this page and choose "Chat with Lyla." Lyla is a separate product from my web design service, so you can add it to your existing site even if you're perfectly happy with it as it is.

04 How it works

Four simple steps,
no jargon.

01

Chat

A free, no-pressure conversation about your business, your goals and a fixed price. No jargon, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation about what you need and whether I'm the right fit.

02

Design

I design the layout to match your business and what you need. You'll see how it's shaping up as we go, and we can tweak things until it feels right.

03

Build

Hand-coded from scratch — no page builders — so it loads fast, works perfectly on any device and scores well on Google.

04

Go live

We go live, I walk you through everything, make sure you're comfortable, and I'm still there if you need anything after launch.

05 About

ArloWebStudio isn't
an agency. It's me.

Hi, I'm Jamie. ArloWebStudio is one person — me. There's no sales team and no account managers; you talk directly to the person doing the work. I handle the whole technical side — design, build, hosting, domains, email, the lot — so you never have to learn any of it, and you own everything at the end: your site, your domain, your content, with no lock-in.

Every site I build gets my full attention — no handoffs, no juniors, no account managers in the way. Just good work, delivered directly.

A note from me

Why I build my own products.

About ZynIQ & Lyla

ZynIQ and Lyla are both products I designed and built myself. From the websites and branding to the customer portals, onboarding flows, billing systems and documentation, every part was created from the ground up.

I include them here because they demonstrate something that's important to me: taking complex ideas and turning them into products that are simple and intuitive to use. Whether you need a professional business website or something more custom, these projects show what's possible. — Jamie

06 Questions

Good questions,
straight answers.

How long does a website take?
It depends on the size. A single-page site can be ready in a few days; a small multi-page site usually takes one to two weeks; larger or online-shop builds a little longer. A lot also comes down to how quickly your content reaches me — and I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
Website ownership
You own it outright. The site, the code and the content are all yours, with no lock-in. Host it yourself and your hosting and domain sit in your own accounts; or stay on my care plan and I host and manage it for you on my own setup — your domain stays registered to you, and either way it's yours to take elsewhere whenever you like.
What if I don't have a logo or content yet?
That's fine and very common. I can guide you on what to write, help structure your content, and point you to simple options for logos and images so it never becomes a blocker. Or, for an additional fee I can manage it for you.
How does payment work?
Usually a deposit to get started and the balance on launch, so it's manageable and you only pay the rest once you're happy. Larger projects can be split into stages.
Do you do hosting and domains?
Either way suits — your call. Want to run it yourself? I'll set your hosting and domain up in your own accounts and hand you the keys. Don't want to touch any of it? My care plan covers the lot — I host and manage everything on my own setup so it's genuinely hands-off, your domain stays registered to you, and the whole site transfers to you the moment you ask to leave. A domain is a small yearly cost (around £8–15 for a .co.uk or .com), and I include your first year free if you don't already have one.
What happens after launch?
You'll get a quick run-through of how to manage things. From there you can handle it yourself, come back for one-off changes, or take an optional care plan and let me keep it ticking over.
What's included — and what do I need to run it?
The build gives you the website itself — the design, the pages and the files, yours to own. To actually be live online it needs hosting, and the parts that do something (contact forms, booking, email) need a server behind them. You can sort all that yourself, or take my hosting & care plan and I'll run the lot for you. Either way I'll explain plainly which makes sense for you — there's no catch.
Can you set up email like me@mybusiness.co.uk?
Yes — professional inboxes on your own domain are part of the hosting & care plan (from £5/month per inbox). It keeps your email and website together in one place and looks far more credible to customers than a Gmail or Hotmail address.
